Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you return or exchange your product in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All exchanges/returns must be requested within (30) days of your purchase date. Day of purchase refers to the day you submit your order on our site. No exchanges/returns will be approved or accepted after (30) days of date of purchase. No exceptions. 

For hygiene purposes we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, used or tampered with. Products and packages should be kept in good condition, as it was received. If products do not meet these hygiene requirements, we will not approve/accept your exchange/return, and the product will only be shipped back to you at your expense. No exceptions will be made.

Items purchased with a promotion or discount code are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items that are purchased on sale, on final sale and gift card items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Some Demy Beauty products are sealed with a security void label to ensure product quality and a sample piece(s). If the void label of any product is removed or in any way tampered with, and/or if the sample piece is missing, we will not approve/accept your exchange/return. In this case, the product will only be shipped back to you at your expense. No exceptions will be made.

For Returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us and these will not be refunded by us. You must email us your order number and a valid tracking number

For Exchanges: We will email you a prepaid return label to return your item.

All exchange/refund requests take up to 10 business days to be credited, after the item is received by our Returns Center. 

**Demy Beauty is not responsible for exchange/return shipping delays or lost packages. Please do not ship returns with signature required, we will not sign any packages and they will be returned to the sender. **

Follow these steps to begin your return or exchange:

Please be advised of the following:

  • All exchanges/returns must be requested within (30) days of your purchase date.
  • For Returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us and these will not be refunded by us. You must email us your order number and a valid tracking number
  • For Exchanges: We will email you a prepaid return label to return your item.
    1. Email: returns@demybeauty.com, include your full name & order number.
    2. We will email you an exchange/return application. You must complete it and email it back to us in a timely manner (5-7 business days).
    3. Once your exchange/return application is reviewed, you will be notified via email whether your request was approved or denied. 
    4. For Approved Requests: You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your product(s) to Demy Beauty. 
    5. For Denied Requests: You may email us to review the return/exchange decision that was made.
